Arlyne Moinier-Vandeventer
Arlyne is the philanthropy programme manager at the Fondation de Luxembourg, more specifically in the areas of education, social cohesion and poverty reduction. Arlyne guides donors in the search for projects meeting their aspirations, monitors project implementation, and evaluates the impact of the donors’ engagement. In doing so, she liaises with associations and non-governmental organisations and reviews projects in her areas of reference.
In the 1990s, Arlyne worked for various non-profit cultural associations in Spain and in France, before joining Orange, the French telecoms group, where she worked for 10 years as digital media and marketing consultant. In the mid 2000s, Arlyne took on several project management positions in academia, both at the University of Luxembourg and at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law.
Arlyne speaks French, English and Spanish.
Arlyne holds a Master’s degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management (Grande Ecole programme).
