The ATOZ Foundation is proud to support a project carried out by Biblionef, an international organisation dedicated to improving literacy all around the world.

The aim of this project was to give school children from rural areas in Morocco access to new books featuring diverse and relevant themes, facilitating the early entry of Moroccan children to the schooling system. It provided them with a major advantage in their academic and professional future. Thanks to the funding, a total of 8000 specially selected books were purchased and distributed to create libraries for 5625 children in 84 rural schools in Morocco, a country where the illiteracy rate is just over 32%. This project has not only impacted Moroccan educational rates but provided immeasurable future benefit to countless children of the region.
