The ATOZ Foundation supports Friendship Luxembourg with their project to help the new graduates gain more meaningful employment and financial independence through access to vocational training and higher studies. Friendship Luxembourg put in place a “Career Guidance Cell (CGC)”, which works across 3 main axis:

• The preparation and guidance of graduates willing to pursue higher studies
• The creation of opportunities for vocational training and skill development in collaboration with reputed Technical Vocational Education & Training institutions
• The establishment of local and national level networking with employment agencies and employers for the absorption of its graduates
